It was hard finding the location at first but the store is inside the UPS store. They definitely could use more signs to inform customers where to go. I HAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT so call first before you show up to the store. Everything was digital. 25 bucks for one fingerprinting card. 10 bucks for an additional. Everything was done in the store and I walked out with print outs of the cards. Definitely recommend..

Friendly staff, quick and easy process. You will need to make an appointment due to the current situation (covid-19) but other than that, it was all good.

Show up and we're told by appointment only! Had called another location previously, nothing was mentioned about appointment only. Tried calling this location earlier this morning, but didn't get an answer. Website doesn't mention \By Appointment Only\ either.

Very unprofessional. The fingerprinting service is not something that the ups stores want to have. Every store I called around seemed annoyed and like they didn't want me to come in. I was told by all stores they will do them till 7pm. When I mentioned I couldn't get there until 630, I was encouraged not to come. If it ran over 7pm I think it would be worth it. The FBI direct will only charge 18 and they themselves charge about 70. I guess for 70 we are just inconveniencing them. Ups you may want to start offering this service but it is clear that your employees don't want to. I called about 6 different stores, all with the same response .
