I called them to get advice as to whether I had a claim. And that is all I wanted to know. I had a car accident where somebody hit me while I was sitting still. It snapped my head back and forth. It hurt my neck. I went to emergency room. Basically that's it to keep it simple.The lawyer was suppose to call me. Didn't call me. I called again same thing. They never called. I have no problem if they could not help me. But they could have at least called and let me know. It's call common courtesy. Would not recommend them. Bert Wheeles. Received a response. Was a mix up. So disregard my review. Five Stars!!!
