My dog is always so excited to go to Happy Tails. The caregivers are amazing. They take care of my dog like he was their own. I never worry about my fur baby when I go to work. I always love seeing the photos on Facebook.

The owners made it so difficult to enroll my dog that I literally just gave up. They had a questionaire that was three times longer than any form I have ever filled out for my child at the doctor's office. Then although I sent them every vet records in existence on my dog who saw the vet just two months ago and has all tests and shots, they insisted that they could only accept these records straight from the vet him or herself! They refused to answer the phone and insisted on communicating via email. When I told them that I could stop by to pick up the enrollment papers they said yes and then changed their minds, via email, because I did not get there fast enough. Something is wrong with this business model and I suggest that you not waste precious time trying to jump through ridiculous hoops set up by management. Find another place and enjoy the two hours of headache I just saved you!

Bringing my Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, Anika, to Happy Tails Resort & Spa was one of the best decisions we made! The owners and staff are so pleasant and you can see how much they genuinely love and care for their 4-legged guests. The facility is very clean, well maintained and organized. Our Anika gets so excited now when she arrives at the door, and completely exhausted when I pick her up making our evenings very pleasant! We highly recommend Happy Tails Resort & Spa!
