Taylor is the best groomer and provides excellent customer service (to humans and pups)! She always takes excellent care of our puppy and is incredibly nice. Our puppy also did well being boarded here for a couple of nights. They send pictures of the happy puppy and give us updates on how well he’s doing. Highly recommend for grooming and boarding! We are going to try day care next, which I’m sure will be great too.

We dropped our 5 month older Great Pyrenees off to get groomed. Super simple process, everybody I spoke to was really nice and helpful plus she came back smelling great and her fur was really clean and soft! She was also excited to go in so I know she had a good time
I’ve taken my dogs here 5 times now and there is always something that makes my experience less than pleasant. The front desk is completely incompetent. No matter who I’m working with they are always charging me more than they are suppose to be, usually by forgetting I already paid a deposit and charging me twice. Or charging my card on file without reviewing a line item receipt. I’ve never received a line item receipt before paying which just baffles me. Sometimes they charge my card on file without even telling me how much the charge is. Also, their packages are not explained well and I was getting charged more than I was told I would be. Now I thought I figured their packages out and took one of our dogs this past weekend. Before they charged my card on file I reminded them I already paid a deposit. But of course now that I look at my bank account I was charged the full amount, not the balance after my deposit. Management is always very professional and takes care of the issues. Hopefully they can make some changes to have the front desk to be much better.
I’m so pleased with Petsuites Round Rock! They love my dog (almost) as much as we do. He is always a happy boy when we drive up and when I pick him up. The grooming is fantastic as well! Oh and they are so creative for the holidays! Wish I could post a pic of the sweetest Valentines card they made for me with my fur baby! Highly recommend.
Our dog loves going to pet suites. He goes for play days and gets groomed there as well. The staff is amazing.
Where do I start? So back story - my partner and I (plus our fur baby, Kash, of course) have been a customer with PetSuites since March of 2020. We started out using the PetSuites in Houston but then relocated to Round Rock, which we are so very grateful of the convenience in locations. We literally love EVERYTHING about PetSuites. Not to mention, they made Kash feel like so loved and important on his birthday. This location specifically is amazing - we are always greeted upon entering, they make a true effort to remember & get to know each dog/family, we absolutely love the text updates, and Taylor (if you're reading this, you are amazing!) she is just great at her job and a wonderful groomer - she achieved the exact look we wanted. We also love the little card Taylor gave us after the visit with grooming recommendations. Oh, as far as PetSuites in general, we have never taken Kash anywhere else for grooming. It is literally a one-stop shop! The pricing is affordable as well, which we love. Every employee that works the front desk is also amazing, they're all personable, easy-going and very informative. (yes, I have more to say...lol) Lastly, after taking a tour, you can tell they take great pride in keeping this facility clean, up to par and following COVID protocol of course. I've made many of posts on Facebook (and Kash's Instagram) about PetSuites because we love it that much. Thank you Pet Suites RR for always loving our baby, Kash! 5 stars for sure and highly recommend for your fur babies. (PetSuites should get some commercials on TV or something, people need to know how great this place is!)
Our five dogs have stayed at PetSuites serval times and they love it! They sprint into the building when we bring them because they can't wait to play. The photos the staff send us while they are there help us rest easy they are doing well.
When I come in town to visit my kids I always drop off my dog Addy at PetSuites Round Rock. She really enjoys playing with all the other dogs and being able to run around outside. The staff is always friendly and so sweet to my pup. I also love how it's always very clean! Checking in and out is seamless.
