Dr. Long and his staff are phenomenal! They are courteous and explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. My dog has been there twice and I have decided to make Dr. Long her permanent veterinarian. They are there 24/7 and whenever I call, including 4 am, they are informative and polite. I will continue to use Harmony Hospital.

Hello All, I recently had to bring my poor baby girl Trinity here for an emergency surgery. I looked up this emergency hospital and called them up immediately. They answered the phone soo quickly and professional and was able to get me in the day that I called. That is amazing. I got a call from one of the Vets she said Trinity needs surgery I was very scared and shocked because no one had told me this. So i agreed to the procedure and they gave me an estimate for the cost and the surgery was done. She has been there since Monday the 15th and I finally get to take her home today. The surgery was preformed with a success and no issues happened afterwards. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in this area because they are truthful and stand by what they say. Not a lot of hospitals can say they do the same. Here is a picture of this cutie.

So today hasn’t been a good day since I had to put my kitty Lucky to rest. He had a rough night in pain. Harmony Animal Hospital was recommended to me by another office because wherever I called they were booked and he would of had to wait. When I called the girl was courteous and explained the process. She was very thorough, but when I arrived that process changed. For me it was upsetting because I really wanted to be with him through the process. He was 17 and never ill and alone with a stranger plus he was blind. I understand about COVID but initially I was told there was a room but the girl when I arrived told me the doctor said “no.” even though I had a mask and I had not been out of my house since February 29. I am grateful they were available and took him shortly after I arrived but really feel empty because no one offered to discuss why I brought him in and learn anything about him. Again grateful they were there when I needed them. Only other issue I had was they are expensive compared to previous euthanasia I have had with my other cats, but when they tell you upfront and your cat is in pain there’s nothing else that can be said except being grateful they were available so quickly and others weren’t. Thank you

Life With The Hillz

My dog was sick so they told me to bring her in . When I got there shorty after their doctor comes out and tells me my dog is dying so I would have to pay 1500 to start a x-ray to see what’s going on. And then goes on to say and it can go all the way up to 3000 . I told her Icould not afford 3000 at this time . She looks at me and says what about 1500 ? I said i don’t even have enough for that because that was just to do a X-ray to see what was going on. So after she realized I don’t have that kind of money she says well your only option is to put her down and even if you did have the money I Can’t guarantee you she will get better !!!! She says this after she realizes I did not have the money . This doctor was doing her job but do you think she had an once of sympathy? No ! She seems money hungry that’s all . I just would think a veterinarian would have some type of love for animals and I did not see it at all. The way she told us well I have to go and finish my other clients and you need to think of what you going to do was so hurtful. Like I said money hungry . She wasn’t friendly but the other than her the other lady was very nice and friendly. Again I understand the doctor was doing her job . Nothing is free or discounted but I just didn’t see that she wanted to help my dog or really cared

Would ya just look at it?

They are on the higher end for certain things, but they are WORTH IT. They're an emergency clinic, so I assume it comes with that territory. My puppy goes here, my cat has been fixed here, & my bun will soon go here, too. My puppy started out in a very neglectful home, & we were able to afford only so much once we picked him up from the home. We didn't know he was in such bad shape. Harmony was able to work with us to get him what he needed that we COULD afford, & that was such a life saver, thankfully. He's such a great puppy, & thanks to Harmony, he's doing amazing!
