I had internet with them before and they got it installed quickly. This time a whole month has passed by and still haven't received internet on the days they said they would come out, they said that it would be today because the weather would have dried up so they wouldn't get stuck now it's 5 pm their closing time, still nobody here to put in the internet I paid well over 100 for. Very dissatisfied I feel like I have to pay to get gravel put down just to receive what I payed for

This internet service is very poor. It cuts out at least twice a day. I JUST HAD A THIRTY minute lag in service. I have to turn off the modem and turn it back on to regain service. I do not recommend it.

We have had HTC now for about 4 years when we bought our place out in the country. We had problems for at first, but they were so responsive and came back until they got it right. They were able to upgrade us and we have had a great experience ever since. I have had several of the large companies in the past but I wouldn't switch to one of them if I could.

When I call they are very professional & responsive to my concern. The customer service technicians are always considerate & genuinely seem to care about resolving whatever issue I may be having!

10/9 Friday night at approximately 11:15pm Internet goes down for unknown reason. Called support they place me on hold, turn off modem twice, no solution. Now told the technician will be available on Monday. Unbelievable! I have to work online. Unable to now. Unacceptable. How can you not have an on call technician during the weekend?
