The Simple Gamer

There are no words really to describe how good of a job they do, and the excellent service they give, even in these difficult times. Our son Julien emailed Christine with an issue pertaining to his school Violin, Christine responded right away, and our son made arrangements for me to drop the violin off at their place. As soon as i arrived and before I could even get out of the car, Christine came out, and not only did she pick the violin but returned 5-10 mins later with the instrument fixed! To top it all, they would not accept payment, my insistence to the contrary notwithstanding. Amazing place, amazing service, a huge asset to our music loving community. This is place is so commercial like despite they advocate themselves as a family / community business. Bad attitude. Do not purchase anything from them, poor quality and they don't even take it back. They told me to sell a barely used purchase on ebay. Always felt like shafted by the owner. They are business man to get money out of you but not good partner to rent/ buy from.
