She will put you at ease about wearing hearing aides and teach you very patiently every thing to know about them. She has helped me through many issues... I am one who has fought wearing hearing aides, but need them!! Ericka has pulled me through and now I can hear, thanks to her! Awesome place! I've always been hesitant to use hearing aids; however, when Mike at Lone Star Hearing recommended I try them, I was amazed! The team at Lone Star Hearing was extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process. They recommended hearing aids that not only help me hear sounds I haven't heard in a long time, but they also pick up blue tooth from my phone! I use them to listen to music and I can answer calls and communicate through them with extreme clarity... they are awesome! My family also loves them because they don't have to keep repeating themselves or turn up the TV where I can hear it... so our entire family is very excited I finally took the step to hear what I have been missing for years. I highly recommend Lone Star Hearing to anyone that wants to consider hearing aids... they are professional, caring and by far the best hearing professionals in the State of Texas!
