His caring nature and friendly personality make the process smooth, he’s always there when you have a question, and he never makes you feel less-than as you learn all that there is to know about the home. His crew has a level of cleanliness that I’ve never seen, and they hold themselves to a very high standard. We absolve our new home, and are so thrilled that we choose to work with Chad.
