Hillcrest Stables is a wonderful barn - everyone is welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. My daughter takes lessons there, and has really excelled with the supportive, patient instructor. The barn has a beautiful indoor arena. This is one of my favorite places to be. Wanda and Bruce are both wonderful and take excellent care of horses, and client alike! HIGHLY recommend.

We started with a birthday party for our 6 year old, then she went to summer camp and now she’s doing lessons and will start doing shows this coming summer! She loves the barn and the people and begs to go every day! It’s clean and the horses are well taken care of and the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about all things horse related. We wouldn’t even think about taking our kids anywhere else

Wanda and Bruce (the owners) go above and beyond to ensure the safety of all horses and riders under their care. Along with safety they ensure that every single person that walks into Hillcrest Stables feels welcome and has a fun, memorable time. The barn is a welcoming place for all ages and through my years of boarding has been proven to be a child safe environment. A great place for learning, and growing for a young equestrian.

My daughter has been riding with both Wanda and Hillary for the duration of a year and a half. When she first started she was just barely 5 and very shy. She is so excited to go each week, and is always welcomed with open arms and a comforting smile each and every lesson. She has learned so much, and couldn't imagine taking lessons anywhere else.

It makes me sad that someone would say that Hillcrest is not a good barn due to a personal issue with the owner. The owner never says no, the one time she says no she is attacked. My daughter has been riding at Hillcrest since she was 3, she is now 6. Everyone at this barn has always been amazing. She has helped my family many times on a professional level and also a personal level. I am very proud to say that my daughter and I are part of the Hillcrest family. I truly believe it is a family since everyone is willing to help everyone.
