What luck I had entering a bicycle shop during COVID and finding one that was perfect for me. This was after checking with a few other local shops that did not have any female road cycles in stock. They have a very large selection of bikes on the floor, which was exciting! I was very pleased with the service Ray provided and will definitely shop here again.

Well kept place. I did not have anyone help me but they were kind of busy. A very high end place with prices to match but may be worth it? Can't say much since I was not greeted or helped. Did not appear to have things for kids bikes.

Clean/neat/organized store, good customer service. They took time to answer my questions upon checking out. Lots of bikes and gear on hand to view (unlike many other bike stores in the area). Only suggestion would be to offer slightly used bikes or have more economically priced bikes clearly marked. Every bike I looked at was pretty pricey. Last suggestion would be to open a store closer to Hershey! In Gear needs some competition!

The team member at Holmes Cycling and Fitness were so helpful. As I was deciding on a bike, they even offered to assemble another bike so I could make sure the size i was looking at was right. The unique part about this was it was close to closing time on a Friday night and they were still so accommodating. We bought two bikes there and will continue to buy more. Their service is excellent!
