We have enjoyed the professionalism of the entire Holtzople team since our furnace and A/C installation in 2017. Every technician who has visited us has been professional and knowledgeable. That continued on January 14 when Kevin came to investigate an issue with our whole house humidifier. He solved the issue completely and told us he’d research an optional path to take if we desired. The very next morning Brad called with the specifics of the alternative. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had an emergency last night (January 20,2021. My t-stat was displaying an error code 33. I called the 24-hour call center and was eventually routed to Mr. Zach Sweeney. He was polite and professional over the phone and said he could stop by that night. I agreed and in 45 minutes he was at my house. Zach was extremely dedicated and thorough in his problem-solving approach. He was at my house for more than an hour to safeguard the problem was indeed resolved. The problem happened to be redundancy in my finance filtration system. I had three filters in place that was obstructing the correct air flow through the system. I can’t thank Zach enough for his: professional demeanor, astute understanding of the system and dedication in ensuring I was completely satisfied with his work. Top notch service all the way!! From the moment we contacted Holtzople, we knew our issues would be taken care of. Lea answered the call and assured me we would get a technician out to take a look at why our heat wasn't working during the coldest part of the winter. Jacob arrived less than 2 hours after the initial call and carefully looked at all parts of our system. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable, going over all of our options. Ultimately, it would have cost too much in our eyes to repair the system, so we chose to have it replaced. Jacob made a call and within an hour, Matt arrived to go over our options. He walked me through all options and patiently answered my questions (and I had a lot!) He was professional and personable and was able to schedule an install for two days later. As it was so cold on the day he and I spoke, he also brought two new space heaters for us to use to keep comfortable. (That small gesture spoke volumes!) The installation team arrived promptly at 8 on the day of install after calling to let me know they were on their way. Zach, Dave and Austin worked without intruding on my kids online schooling, while keeping me informed of the progress throughout the day. They followed all Covid protocol along with general cleanliness standards such as shoe coverings and laying down protective blankets on our floor. After a long day of removing the old unit and installing the new system, Zach was patient in explaining the new system and asked if I had any questions. The system has been working fabulously, despite the continued winds and cold weather. Matt followed up a week later with a visit and reviewed all paperwork, along with inspected the new system and answering any lingering questions. Without a doubt, if you are in need of HVAC service or repair, Holtzople is the only place you need to call. They took care of everything and I am beyond happy with the service and products.

Our hot water baseboard heat was acting up early Saturday morning. I called Holtzople early in the morning and was surprised to get an immediate answer and Kevin, called me a few minutes later to ask a few questions and provided me the options of cost for a weekend visit vs waiting until Monday. He came out with an hour and thoroughly went through our system from top to bottom and explained in detail all of the components and what he was looking for. He took the time to educate me and provided me with information that I could use in the future to help troubleshoot. I was very impressed with Kevin and in the end was convinced I should keep Holtzople as our company of choice to maintain our systems.

Kevin just complete the winter maintenance our HVAC. He called as he was running early and wanted to know if he could come here next. Checked the inside and outside units, discussed how they were doing, showed me how to adjust the humidity, and then left for his next job.
