Pros: - Prices are told to you and don’t change. -Cardinal is quick at scheduling you for install. -Warranties offered are better than competition and don’t come at a premium cost. Cons: -install wasn’t done correctly at first and they left wires exposed. - They didn’t clean up the work space, and my roof was filthy afterwards. Overall: Cardinal made it right by coming back out to complete the repair, and now everything is done correctly. It is a little alarming they didn’t seal certain section of our roof and that could have led to a total disaster during monsoon season. But in life sometimes you get what you pay for, and this was about what I expected. Just make sure you double check your install, and you shouldn’t have any issues.

Our AC is 15 years and even though it is still working I want it to be replaced with TRANE. So I called Cardinal Air AZ and German, the owner quoted me by Phone and checked my AC in less than 2 hours. So after 2 days his team came and installed a brand new Trane with new air handler as well. They are polite and did their Work in less than 6 hours. I highly recommend their Service and by the way the The cost of My new AC is a price you can’t say NO. Thanks German and team..

Really excellent customer service! Several years ago our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. It was Father's day and it was 119 outside. we called them on a Sunday and by Tuesday we had a new air conditioning unit. Great price, excellent customer service and great follow-up!

We had an AC unit go out last week. I touched base with them on Thumbtack. The office was back to me in minutes. They gave me a bid and honestly I wasn’t too sure because it was significantly lower than some of the others. I asked a ton of questions. The owner was patient and offered to do the install in less than 48 hours. They showed up perfectly on time....did a great job!!! The were professional and left the area spotless all while charging me less than any other company. I don’t normally write these, but these guys and the owner deserve a great review.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They installed a unit for me in April and now the heat doesn't work and I have been trying to get them out for two weeks now. All they do is lie and not return calls or text. This will be my first time to file a complaint against a business with the BBB. This would be the place on earth I would do business with again.
