We have been using Murray Air Conditioning for many years. This company has been more reliable than anyone could expect. Timely, honest, professional and EXCEPTIONAL! They care for us as if we were family. Our technician, Cortland, who has served us many, many times is, without exaggeration, THE BEST! He is superb, trustworthy, erudite, ethical, hard-working.....an absolute angel. As far as my family is concerned, when we open up our front door to Cort, we know everything is going to be all right. Doretta, the owner of Murry Air Conditioning, is also a real treasure. I love this family run air conditioning service!

The best part was that he came equipped with the correct parts to resolve my trouble. Will educated me on how to keep the pump & filter clear to avoid being in the same predicament again. I called for service due to what I thought was a bad fan bearing. It sounded like a buzzsaw when the fan was running. A/C tech Will explained it was just the filter vibrating against the metal housing and the unit was fine. Will recommended I upgrade to a thicker filter to prevent any more noises. He gave my system a looking over and determined I was good to go. Thanks Will!
