Called because I was told they give second opinions on AC systems after being told I needed a new unit. The tech who came out was very professional. Brian told me I didn't need a new unit and answered all my questions with solid explanations. I opted to have him complete a service call to ensure the system was in good working order. He cleaned the unit up, checked pressures and power usage and said the unit was working well and was in the condition one would expect being 11 years old. He didn't try to sell me anything or upgrade anything. I received an honest and appreciated opinion of my system. I know who to call the next time I need service or repairs.
