What a great experience. I called when I noticed outside light in my main air handler in my new house. I figured that wasn't normal. A Technician was out within an hour, and he was wonderful. I wish I could remember his name, but I believe any of their technicians would be just as nice. He ended up bending some sheet metal to wall off the area that was exposed, and game me some information on what the cause could have been (oversight during the build). I also asked him to check my smart thermostats that I installed myself, which he did no for charge, they ended up being installed properly, and he was on his way. I would definitely recommend Keith Heating & Air. 11/10
