Had the best experience with this hot air balloon ride my friend gifted me for Xmas! Captain Bill, Jim, Lisa and the rest of the crew were beyond terrific as well. Great ride followed by a gourmet breakfast and champagne toast with the crew & fellow passengers. They are thoroughly prepared, efficient and made our ride an experience we will remember forever. Felt very safe and was impressed with their COVID precautions as well. Highly recommend this company!!!

All I can say is wow! This is something that has been on my bucket-list forever and captain Mike and Marcus made the experience unforgettable. We booked a private basket, being a little wary of sharing a basket during because of COVID. We were shuttled in our own private van to the hot air balloon site and did not have to wait long for our balloon to be inflated. Marcus and Mike were very friendly and welcoming; they explained all the procedures and precautions. Before we knew it we were up in the air taking in all of the breath taking views. When we landed we were treated to a lovely breakfast and mimosas. I cannot recommend this company enough. Everyone was very professional and they made our experience unforgettable!

Gary and Juan were amazing hosts to our sunrise flight! We had such an amazing time before/during/after our experience. Such friendly guys that made us feel super safe and welcomed. We had a breakfast after we landed with some mimosas! (The only hot air company that does a breakfast) I would definitely recommend and do it again in the future. It was beautiful up in the air and so peaceful. Ask for Gary and Juan!!!

Enjoyed my hot air balloon excursion with Hot Air Expeditions. Chase Driver Jim picked me up at my hotel on time. He is Professional, knowledgeable and witty. Jim also shared his knowledge of the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Pilot Tommy was great and gave us a smooth hot air balloon ride. Landing was safe and smooth as the winds were calm. Upon landing, we had a sit down breakfast and some champagne. We were also given commemorative flight certificates. I highly recommend Hot Air Expeditions if you’re looking to float the skies!

We had a great time with a Sunday morning flight with Hot Air Expeditions. Service was awesome, our captain Don was amazing and passionate about his work. The post flight party was like a hidden gem, will definitely do this again.
