John from Inair heating and air came out to rescue us on a Sunday after we had exhausted our options with some of the other local companies that weren't available until mid of the next week.. It was freezing cold at night when the heater quit. John figured out the issue and it was a bad gas valve. He had the right parts in the van and an hour later we had our home warm again. John's patience and professionalism definitely stood out as he explained things and carefully checked everything several times to be sure that we don't have another issue with the heater. Well done! We now have our hvac guy for life!

Awesome experience! Kudos to Sean who was the service person diagnosing my issue with our main floor A.C unit. There was no freon left due to some corrosion of the piping. I needed a new system, since it was 18 years old and falling apart. Sean gave me 3 options and I ended choosing top of the line Trane! It was not sold to me, but rather all price options were laid on the table (this I appreciate!) It was the most expensive, but I believe you get exactly what you pay for. Financing was a breeze and it sure helps to be able to finance with no interest for a year. Sean and Cory installed the system in one day and cleaned up afterwards. It is nice to talk to such positive and professional folks in this company from the front desk staff to the service guys! Thanks much!!
