VERY nice staff - I drive almost 30-minutes to get there because of the service and how my dog is treated. Only downfall I have never been able to reach anyone on the phone when I call during business hours, I always have to leave a message to get a call back.

Every time I bring my pooch in I'm always treated with great respect and my dog comes home looking extravagant. I also enjoy the fact that there is a pretty pink bow on her collar when I pick her up. I personally enjoy that portion of additional added touch.

Sophie loves the place. She is shy at first but once she starts getting all the pamper and care from the staff she just loves to be there. They take care of her making sure that she is happy and love just like she was at home. I was concerned about a good place to leave Sophie when I have to go out of town for work and this is the place. We will have another experience here soon leaving for a whole week and I know she will be in good hands. Thank you so much for all the care to our Sophie and the pictures just fill my heart with joy.
