Absolutely awful service. We have taken our dog here multiple times, and the most recent time, the groomer cut my dog's nail down to the quick. My dog came home from the groomer with her foot bleeding. She bled all over the car, and all over the house. Called to speak to a manager, and was told that one would not be in for almost 2 days. No offers to help my hurt dog. Will not be back. Stay away!

We have utilized the services of Pooch Playhouse before for daytime “puppy-sitting” and not much has changed — which is a good thing. Ownership is very hands on. Staff of course enjoy being around puppies and dogs all day long. They offer different types of services including daytime only, overnight boarding, grooming and obedience classes. Location is just off Saturn Parkway and Port Royal in Southeast Spring Hill.

Pooch Playhouse has always taken great care of our dog Finn, whether it is for boarding while we are on vacation or by getting my dog groomed there. I would highly recommended them for boarding or grooming! Finn is always excited to go there. One of the best things I like is that when boarding Finn isn't locked in a kennel all day, but gets to play all day. Love this place and is the only place I will take my dog.

Pooch Playhouse is very reliable. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very caring towards the dogs. They offer many options including day care, overnight care, and training. Our dog goes during the week when he needs to run around, and spend time with the other dogs. It has been a great, and secure place for him to stay when we travel. We never worry about the care he needs while we’re away. We feel grateful to have discovered them. Thank you to the staff!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices are great and the packages they offer make it just that much better. My dog is always overjoyed and excited when we pull up. The only con I could ever give and it isn't really a con is there is no camera for me to watch my furbaby on.
