Our technician \Will\ came out on time for our scheduled routine maintenance. He was, like previous J & S techs highly professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything he did and was receptive to questions. I recommend Jackson and Sons to anyone who needs honest, dependable HVAC service.

Bryce was able to quickly do the scheduled maintenance and was able to find an issue that was keeping my heater from working. He was very clear in his explanation and even went under my house to make sure my duct work was acceptable - and that's no easy job!

Bottom line, Jackson and Sons saved my bacon. Where do I begin. I live out of state and own rental property in NC. My tenants began complaining of bad odor coming from the vents so I scheduled Joyner Heating and Air to come look. From day one with Joyner, they couldn't give me a scheduled appointment: they tried to \squeeze me in\. Well a few days after my initial call they a technician finally came to clean my HVAC unit. The technician claimed that he cleaned the HVAC unit which \wasn't too dirty\, but my tenant continued to complain about air quality in the home. Joyner also began replacing a duct run but didn't finish, tried to come back out the next day without notice, and couldn't ever find time for me after. Bottom line: I wasn't a priority. I called Jackson and sons and explained the urgency of the situation. Jerry scheduled a technician named Kyle for the next day - no squeezing in. Kyle actually showed up early, and the technician found the unit filthy and full of mold! He even sent pictures, serviced the unit, and completed the duct work the same day. I needed someone I could trust to take ownership of the problem and solve it, who would prioritize my tenants health, safety, and comfort. And that's what I found at Jackson and Sons. My pocketbook is a little lighter - this type of work isn't cheap - but I'll never use another company for my HVAC work.

Today was part 2 of my heating unit repair. Thank you Tyler Rowe for your quick and efficient service. (Part 1 was diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts.) Once again Tyler was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am pleased with the service I have received from Jackson and Sons.
