We had another great experience at a Shorkey Dealership. This was our third Shorkey purchase and this time it was at the Ford location. Our sales person Raven was fantastic. She was very helpful in guiding us to the perfect truck for us. She was so personable and she actually made the experience fun! My wife wanted and needed a new car and ended up finding one she liked at Jim Shorkey in White Oak. Where do I begin? From beginning to end the whole staff made the experience incredible. Our sales rep Tony Andreoli was a great guy. Very welcoming, friendly, personable and had us at ease from start to finish. No pressure whatsoever, completely accommodating and took the time to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable about our decisions. Isaac was also an incredible help to the process and continued to make the experience great. Just an all around wonderful experience, excellent staff, friendly, you name it.
