Top notch. Service department is right on with anything I've ever had them do. Good quality work. Sales is very low pressure and allows you to browse without being bothered. All the sales people are great, but I recommend Shannon Jones. Honest and up front every time I've dealt with him!

TOP NOTCH!! We were traveling from Key West back home to Chicago heading towards below zero temps so I had to winterize our 40 foot Motor Coach- I called 30 minutes before arriving to town and they took me in, on questions - no wait - Not only did they winterize the Coach, I also got great advise about the coach itself - Family owned and top notch service - Thanks!!!!

The customer service person, Cynthia Pennell, was very personable, helpful, and the service manager, and James the technician were pleasant and efficient. Their prices were very, very reasonable. Amazing service and prices. We looked long and hard for a great deal on our first travel trailer. Johnson family rv was it! We drove 4 hours to pick-up and were not disappointed. Met a very friendly and knowledgeable staff and financing was a breeze. They even had our trailer open and waiting when we arrived and a \welcome home\ gift inside!

I highly recommend this place, as they genuinely try to help you get what you need and don't try to sell you things you don't need. Prices are competitive and the selection of parts and accessories is really good for a local independent dealer.
