Good for kids
This ranch was welcoming, animals were amazing, and the horse ride through the trails was beautiful. Bob was so accommodating. He had a very busy day the day we went but he still managed to help my boyfriend work out a proposal! It was perfect and I couldn't imagine a better place to get engaged. Definitely worth checking out.

My lady friend and I had an amazing time at the Paluso Ranch. We came for an afternoon of horseback riding, and the experience was spectacular. Not only are his hourly and nightly prices reasonable, the property is well-kept, the horses are friendly (and patient for those who may be nervous lol), and the owner is super welcoming and has great operations in place. We will definitely be back!
Visited for a trail ride with 2 adults and 2 kids and had a great time. Not the cheapest place you'll find but you get what you pay for. You can tell the horses are well cared for and not the normal dead-sided, nose to butt trail horses. We're all semi-experienced riders and the horses were lively and fun to ride. Beautiful trails almost right from the property. The wrangler Mike was friendly and helpful and gave us some extra time in the arena after the trail ride since it was the end of the day. We toured the guest house and it is a gorgeous 19th century split log home that has been beautifully updated. We're hoping to come back in the fall to stay and ride trails when the leaves are turning. We will definitely be back every time we're camping in Kettle Moraine

Bob was very accommodating on such notice! He was extremely personable and knowledgeable. This was our great-niece’s very first riding lesson and her instructor Mike was very calm and patient with her, as she was terrified at the start. She had Bud, a gentle giant and fell in love with him! Thanks again for the experience of making beautiful memories for her and us as well. Bud is forever in our hearts. ️We highly recommend this facility!
