I am beyond frustrated with Keystone Womens Care! I have been there multiple times over the years for the same problem. They all always act like it’s a huge inconvenience for me to be there. I don’t feel that they listen to me or take my problem seriously. I have the same reoccurring problem all the time. I cannot treat it over the counter because I have an intense severe reaction to the over the counter medications, which they are well aware. Unfortunately I have to seek medical attention every time it happens because of that problem. This causes me to have to jump through hoops just to be treated. The most recent is just yesterday when I called to make an appointment and the receptionist sent me to the nurses line. I left a message explaining the usual. Feeling discouraged because this has happened before and they never call me back. So I called Keystone Family to see if I could be seen there. Went in for my appointment same day. The doctor called keystone women’s because she seemed like she wasn’t sure what to do. Keystone Women’s tells her that they already sent me a prescription to my pharmacy. They had never called me to tell me that. I called them at 8am and it was now almost 4:30pm and they never called to tell me that they sent a prescription for me! I would have never known if it wasn’t for going into Keystone Family. It is now Tuesday, the next day and at 5pm keystone women’s calls me to tell me that I have a prescription. I am completely amazed at their lack of communication and the delay in treatment for my symptoms!! This is unexceptable! It is not ok to leave your patients to suffer with their symptoms. Especially when they have already sent a prescription and neglected to even tell you!

I have just had so many poor experiences with this place.. time for a new gynecologist. I don’t know if they don’t keep their records in order or what, but several times when I have tested positive for BV or whatever it is I have, I get a call telling me the results. Cool. So I get prescribed medication and take care of it. Every time... they call me a week later telling me they need to tell me my test results that I ALREADY GOT! So I have to call back and say I already got my test results. Then, yes, another week later they will call and say “We have been trying to call you with your tests results for awhile now”. Like dude. Seriously? Who keeps track of that stuff... They blame me for their lack of communication. And trust me, this isn’t even the beginning of it. Amsley-Camp is very condescending too.. I have had the same issue for a year and a half and she was treating me like I didn't know what I was doing or what I was experiencing. Told me not to listen to my primary care physician who has been the ONLY helpful one during this hole year and a half and actually understands how hard it must be to have dealt with something for so long.

Ive came here for all my pregnancies and recommend keystone woman's care. my boyfriend and I actually really enjoy dr Orndorf. he is a really amazing, caring doctor. When going in there and speaking with him he actually will sit there and listen to anything you may have to address to him, and he gives wonderful advice back ! you can tell he does care on the health when it comes to his patients. I really enjoy him as my doctor.
