I have taken my dog to Kibbles and Cuts several times and have had no issues but never again. Granted my dog’s fur had a lot of matting and needed a serious grooming. She came home with cuts on the inside of both ears, a couple on her legs and tail. Now she’s on antibiotics and pain killers and has to wear an ear wrap for weeks. I’m looking for a new groomer.

If I could a million stars ️ I would. They saved my dogs life!!! We went in 8 weeks ago and Aubree the groomer noticed some bleeding in our dogs gums, bruising, and red spots. She notified us right away and said we need to get our dog to a vet. We went to the pet ER that day. 8 hours later our puppy not even 2 yet was diagnosed with Evans Disease. The vet said we’d be lucky if she made it 3-5 days. We took her home and gave her around the clock meds. 8 weeks later our puppy is still here with us. Our vet credited our groomer for notifying us and recommending we seek medical attention right away. If it hadn’t been for Aubree we wouldn’t have noticed for a few days and she would not be here with us today. We saw Aubree again today for our dogs grooming. Words cannot explain how grateful we are for her. Kibbles and Cuts have always been very professional, knowledgeable, and have been so great with our dogs. We even had an oops moment in one of our grooming, they were quick to call us and inform us, and resolve the issue. ️
Ashlie was great with my 2 huskies I've taken my dogs to multiple groomers over the years and nothing has compared to what she did. My dogs still feel soft and clean :)
Great place for professional and very loving dog groomers! Our long hair dachshunds always look amazing, we will be customers for life... Also a good place to buy pet food and products - from harnesses to toys they have a wide selection of goods for the space they are in. Highly recommended...
We had several issues with our visit. First, the groomer told us he couldn't do what we wanted (a simple trim of about an inch. Our dog has longer hair that we wanted to keep) and said he could only shave our dog down to 1in length as it was the only guard he had. Then after getting our dog home, we noticed his paws were shaved so close he was bleeding. I understand that one paw could have been an accident, but all 4 paws are done this way and all 4 bleeding. That is unacceptable! We will not be bringing our dog back.
We are new to the area and have had the same groomer for our two maltipoos for years so was a little nervous about change. Last week Quincey groomed our girls and they have never looked cuter! They also seemed so happy. I'm excited to have found kibbles and Cuts and especially excited about finding Quincey!!!
We have tried to take our toy poodle to multiple places and no one could cut his hair well. They all gave us excuses as to why they couldn’t do what we asked. We took our poodle, Cooper, in to Brenda and she gave him the best cut he has gotten in a long time. We will for sure be back!
I wasn't sure how my rescue dog would do with grooming, but they took great care of her. I love that my dog has an actual appointment time, not just a "drop off in the morning, pick up in the afternoon" type thing. Their staff is amazing.
