What a great locally owned place. The service is amazing, and the owner is one of the kindest men you'll ever meet. I believe in supporting local businesses, especially when the service is so great. I do all my pet shopping there... and grooming!!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I get all my animal stuff here.the staff is very helpful and caring about their animals an ours. They know our pets by name an always ask how they are doing .they are always quick to get our supplies an are very professional. We drive all the way from tn to florence because they always have what we need at the best price and always make you feel welcome

Always a good way to kill a few minutes let the kids see the animals possibly take one home. The birds are always my favorite. Great friendly staff always clean and tidy with a fun selection of animals and anything pet related you can think of.

I visit often because they have what I need and everyone’s always been really nice. But they need to do better research on some of the animals. Bearded dragons SHOULD NOT be housed together because they can and usually will hurt/kill each other. And colored lights can blind them. I came in today and there was a red bulb and both tank have multiple dragons. One was on top of the other and they do that to take heat and uvb from the other. The set ups are HORRIBLE. And not safe for the dragons. I really hope someone does the research and changes it for the sake of the dragons. Idk if I’ll continue shopping there if I keep seeing the poor husbandry like that. It’s literally life and death for the animals.
