I own a cleaning company and these apartments are disgusting! Bugs in all the kitchen drawers and cabinets, bed bugs filling the carpets. Apartments falling apart and smells of mold and mildew. Very rude staff as well, especially Cheryl. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
My future roommates & I toured today and fell in love with everything! Our tour guide, Mason, was the sweetest and so helpful! We cannot wait to move in next year!
Saw the Facebook video of a female staff member refused entry to a woman of color entry to the community pool because she assumed she didn’t live there. Then when the young lady asked for the manager’s email, the lady at the desk then proceeded to ignore her request.
The continuous bed bug infestation problems are horrific! Management refused to get carpets cleaned. There are 7 tenants in our building alone with bed bugs. And we all got them AFTER maintenance came in to fix something. Like seriously, make your employees bathe! Including the ladies in the rental office! The rental office smells like one of the ladies has an infection going on "down there!" Whoever it is needs to go to the doctor immediately! Could barely breathe while I argue with them about getting my carpets cleaned. I gave up and left because the smell was so bad!
I used to actually enjoy living here. Then one of my new roommates started dealing out of his room and constantly carried firearms. Took my complaints to management, where all they did was talk to him. Started threatening me every time I spoke to management, and they did nothing about it. Management is a joke, so don't bother living here.
Horrible customer service, to minorities. No all of them, the one bad apple
So many bugs had entered my apartment room and I asked management to fix it but they did not. A few black students had gotten racially profiled by one of the workers, Cheryl Eastman, and she still has her job. I would not recommend this place
