Oh, these attorneys! If your loved one(s) do not have tons of assets, then don't even bother calling. They just want to charge you an exorbitant amount for a consultation. I don't think so. To top it all off, the receptionist was awful and hung up while I was still on the phone. It's unfortunate and incredibly disrespectful.

I highly recommend Gerald Kane and his staff. I can't imagine working through an elder care plan and applying for VA benefits without them. They made a complex process painless and easy and cut through the red tape that my father would have faced had he attempted to apply for his VA benefits on his own. Gerry is very knowledgeable and works very efficiently and his staff are so helpful and really cared about my father's situation and welfare.
