The experience of buying my 2 new F-150 trucks at Leckner Ford of Marshall was truly unique. It was the first time ever in my history of buying a vehicle that I felt this comfortable. The dealership has a friendly at home atmosphere that puts people at ease as soon as you walk in to discuss the particulars of what you may be looking for in an automobile. My salesman William was very professional and detail orientated making sure that he went over every part of the truck. He is truly an asset to this dealership. Then I met with Henry who by the way is absolutely wonderful making sure everything with the deal was going right for me. He had my best interest at heart when I purchased these trucks. And last but not least I met with David in finance. He is very well organized, explained all the paper work that I was signing and always had a smile on his face. This group was like a well-oiled wheel with not one piece of rust to impair it's rotation. A remarkable group of men, I thank them very much for helping me with my purchases.

Do not believe their Internet sell price, they list their sale price with all of Fords rebates and discounts which a lot of people do not qualify for. I believe it is a sales tactic to get you in the door and pressure you into buying the vehicle. I was looking at a 2017 Ford F 150 XL with an Internet price of 27,245 after I test drove the truck and was going to make a deal, they could not even sell me the truck for that price because I did not qualify for Fords finance credit cause I was paying cash and I was not military or college-student so therefore it added 2000 to the Internet price which I wasted half of my day under the impression that the sale price was 27,245 in my opinion it's false advertisement .
The staff at Leckner Ford create an ideal buying experience. They no pressure friendly environment makes searching and buying a car pleasurable again. Both Keith and John go out of there way to make sure you are comfortable and at ease. They entire staff was great! I would highly recommend stopping buy and seeing how they can help you with a new or used car.

Even though I have only purchased 2 vehicles, I will have to say this was one of the best experiences. This time around in purchasing a vehicle I wanted to do my research and drive all possible vehicles to ensure what I really wanted. The day before I visited Leckner Ford, I visited 3 other dealers while they weren't too pushy I felt like I was being rushed to make a decision. I decided to go to Leckner because they were part of the car buying service that I was using. William my salesperson, called me immediately after I clicked the button for dealers in my area. In speaking with him he was very friendly and down to earth in finding out exactly what I was looking for. On Sunday, I went to Leckner to look at their vehicles and the one that William had told me about. When my friends and I arrived, I spoke with William about what I was looking for and that's what the fun started. I got to test drive 3 of the vehicles that I was interested in. William was great throughout the day and didn't pressure me at all to make a decision. After driving the vehicles William and I sat down and talked about pricing and I was introduced to Henry was great the entire process. Even though I didn't buy that day, William and Henry gave me all the information that I needed to make a educated decision. The next day I called back and started working the deal and William and Henry were amazing. I bought my 2017 Ford Explorer from them and I am so happy that I found Leckner. There are a few issues (scratches) and the vehicle that I found after I got home and after sending William pictures he said that they will take care of it when I bring it in for service. Will definitely come here for my next car purchase.
Great selection of quality inventory. Outstanding customer service from sales team, thank you Vyvian and David. Updated 6-18-19 from 5 stars to 3 due to poor follow through on their end after the sale causing me extra charges due to not sending payoff as should have. It is 30 days later and still not done.
This dealership has a lot of work to do to provide great customer service. My husband and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone especially their finance department. We already had financing when we walked through the door to look at a vehicle and we told them that however after completing some preliminary paperwork they pulled our credit without our permission or being told that they were doing it or even suggesting that they may be able to get us a better rate. By them pulling our credit numerous times they lowered our credit scores tremendously. We are very unhappy with this dealership and will not return to them for anything.
