My husband and I traded our truck for a Jeep! We got a great price for our trade and an amazing deal on our Jeep! Great bunch of guys that work here! We appreciated the honesty and integrity from the sales and finance group! Shout out to Josh Elam for making a sweet deal for us! We will return!!

I had a great experience, Dave Martin was very helpful, and friendly. I was not pressured to buy, and I love my new (to me) truck.

My girlfriend and I were interested in selling her 2017 Hyundai Accent. We received an offer from Carvana for 7,778. After seeing Courtesy’s claim that they would beat any offer by 300 we decided to give them a try. After a bit of negotiating the most they would give was 7000. When I mentioned the claim they advertise about beating other offers they said it would not apply to Carvana offers and it needed to be a written offer by an area dealership. We were further told if we received an offer from a nearby place for 7000 and brought it to them they would go to 7,300. The next day we received a written offer for 7,000 and made contact with the same representative at Courtesy. He told me they could do 7,300 but called back a couple of minutes later saying the most he could do was 7,100. The simple fact is this dealership advertises they will beat any offer by 300 but twice they failed to do so. Even after going through the exact steps we were told to do they still did not keep their word. We were blatantly lied to and it appears this dealership cannot be trusted.

Vehicle i was sold was led to believe a 2011 Honda Civic and its actually a 2010. im a disabled military vet. for one i was not treated very well from get go. people were all business and kind of rude at first. the vehicle i was sold was told to me by sales and written on key tag (which i still have) as a 2011 model. In actuality its a 2010, i was rushed through finance so fast i wasnt given ample opportunity to review documents to notice that is was written in fact as a 2010 on contracts. its small writing on very top which most of time was not really shown. they flipped and had me sign so fast and i had no initial reason to not believe them. They rushed and seemed to want me to just go as fast as possible. I contacted after fact upon realization and everyone was disrespectful and rude. No one there would do anything for me. Finance company will not help either (thats another complaint). I do not want this vehicle which also has issues now, almost right away. I simply wanted to return it and cancel everything and they refuse. im out down payment, my trade in, and now a payment. I am seeking legal help through Veterans Administration Legal dept. This place will treat us Veterans this way I cant imagine how they are with average civilians. I was laughed at, told this stuff happens, and told to grow up and be a man. Mistakes! Im skilled and I will have my say as a \MAN\, dont push a vet with nothing to lose!

Courtesy on Wheels always treats us like we are important customers, no matter what our financial situation is. This is the 3rd car we have bought from them over the years and we will keep coming back. We got a great car and they actually got us a lower payment than they originally quoted. They go the extra mile to help you get the car you want at a good price.
