My experience with Linda was absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer every one of my questions in a timely manner. Linda took the time to get to know me and what I'm exactly looking for so that the actual house hunting was efficient and enjoyable. I could tell that she really cared and wanted me to be happy during the whole process. When it came to actually putting in an offer, it was amazing how quick she had the contract written up; it's like she never sleeps! From the time I first met Linda to many months after I moved in to my new house, she was there every step of the way to help me and to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend her!

Linda was the best realtor we could have asked for! She came highly recommended from some friends who were using her to help sell a house and find a house. She cares so much for her clients, and when she's with you, she treats you like you're the only client she has so we never felt like we had to compete for her attention. We were first-time home buyers (looking in South Austin/Circle C area, but Linda has experience all over the Austin area). She was SOOO helpful in guiding us through the process and taking the time to answer each and every one of our many, many questions (even after we closed on the house). Linda was also very helpful during our walk-throughs when we were looking at houses, and would point out good or bad features of a house that we as first-time home buyers wouldn't necessarily notice (such as when the floor felt uneven). We also NEVER felt pressured to buy a house with Linda and she never gives off the impression she is there just to get a fee. She will spend as much time as necessary with you to make sure you are getting the home YOU want. Linda was also extremely helpful in helping us strategize with the offers we made in the competitive Austin buying market. She has a lot of integrity in how she conducts her business, and is obviously well-respected in the realtor community. We HIGHLY recommend Linda to anyone looking for a realtor in the Austin area!
