I moved in about 2 months ago and I love everything here so far. In the beginning, there were a couple of issues with the apartment and they took a while to fix them mainly because a lot of residents were experiencing the same issues as this is brand new building. Overall, I enjoy the amenities and especially during this time, the outdoor gym and courtyard space are great and safe. There are no computers or printers in the study room as of now which is inconvenient. I also wish there was a bridge connecting the building to the parking lot. Other than things being out of order sometimes, they are usually quick to respond and fix the issue within the week which is nice. The apartments have nice and comfortable furniture and a modern look with great appliances. The rooms are a bit small but the living space is nice and open and the bathroom/closet space in each bedroom are pretty big. This is a great place to live and although there have been some minor bumps along the way there is nothing really to be upset about!

Although the ride has been bumpy considering it opened up this year, I do feel comfortable here! The gym is amazing, and everything is well put together and nicely decorated. The lounge is a great place to hang out, and the apartments are great! My room is a great size, the kitchen is nice and open, and the living room has great natural lighting.

I was looking for an apartment to live in next year and came across Liv. One of the workers there, Julia, gave my friends and I a tour and showed us all of the amenities. The apartment is beautiful, the staff is so nice and helpful, and the amenities are amazing! I just signed and cannot wait to live there next year!! Thank you to Julia for giving the best tour :)

Other than the fact that this place was recently built and had a few problems because of the rush move in LIV is the a beautiful and nice place to live in. I live in a 2/2 on the fourth floor with the pool view. The GYM is state of the art and has everything you need to workout. It does get noise because it is college apartment housing. The staff here try their absolute best to resolve problems as soon as possible and the customer service is great. Overall I recommend living here as I do enjoy my time here.

These mostly student apartments are brand new but horribly lacking in management. The student's move in date was delayed for 3 weeks because the owners failed building inspections. When they finally cleared inspection and students could move in (3 weeks after classes started), we've had no hot water since we moved in 2 days ago, and the owners refuse to replace the water heater. Upon moving in Sunday morning, the owners were notified our unit had no hot water. Rather than immediately purchase a new heater and have a plumber come out to install (under 500 total), the owners have refused to repair it and allow the students to tough it out "until they can get to it." This morning, a maintenance supervisor, Adam, said they purchased a part for the heater and scheduled a plumber first thing this morning. The morning came and went with no contact, and no one answers in the office! It seems clear if the tenants were not college students, the owners would have resolved the issue immediately. The irony is though the owners market heavily to students, once they get a student to sign a lease, students are on their own regarding maintenance issues because the owners know they can get away with it. I've never in my life seen landlords openly take advantage of college students to this degree. Maybe this is their way of preparing students to handle adversity in life! Unless you feel essentials such as hot water, a/c, etc. are luxuries rather than necessities, you may want to avoid Liv apartments. There are numerous other apartment options close to campus that actually care about residents' comfort and are willing and able to address serious living concerns.

Beautiful and clean apartment complex with helpful staff! They are pet friendly and have a dog park. Close to campus and walking distance to several food places. There is also on-site security which helps me feel safe at night. Highly recommend living at Liv!

Just did a tour of the building with Ellie. It was a great experience. The building is nice with good amenities and the best price we have seen so far. Our guide was also really sweet and friendly.
