Heinous customer service. Was not able to obtain what I needed because I didn’t look like my drivers license picture, and my signature didn’t match? In fact he called another employee to come and verify if it was me or not. Absurd experience. Taking my business elsewhere, I do not recommend

Went on Feb. 7th 2020 as part of a New Mandate from My Employer to Fingerprint Me to be able to Work for Government Projects. Ruben was the Coolest Dude Ever. Very Attentive & Polite. The Guy inside doing the Fingerprinting was very patient with me as doing that on the computer is no easy task. They're True USA Patriots in this office. Wouldn't Mind Coming Back Here again. Very Pleasant Experience. ️
