I would not recommend this place to anyone I stopped by on a Wednesday looked in a few homes showed some interest spoke with Chris Lowery got an application and returned it the next day. I followed up with him on that following Monday he still hadn’t submitted my application to the bank and I have not spoken with him since. Not sure what the issue is but I’m assuming my business was not wanted so I have now gone else where.

Company is very nice and helpful calling you ALL hours of the day to get details right with your house and financing. However, once house is pulled out to lot you can pretty much say if anything is wrong they will arrange fix it for up to a few weeks and after that they will stop answering your calls. Of course with our mobile home there were a number of things wrong with the construction and details of the house. We got several things fixed through the manufacturer communicating with dealer. After about 3 weeks, they stopped answering our calls. I can say most things were minor but we have a back door that will not close properly and is extremely hard to open. We have aggrevation with it day to day but it is most embarrassing when company tries to open or close it often leaving the door flying open or the knob falling off into person's hand. I understand that there could be a lot worse wrong but to say I paid 45,000 for a single wide, I would like to think things wouldn't start out messed up and unfixed. I have called 5 times about this and all I get is an answering machine every time in 3 months. All I can say is I am very disappointed. Update (01/10/2018) Our one year warranty went dead today and needless to say I haven’t heard one thing from them since I left this review. Y’all better make sure your house is spot on within that first few weeks, year warranty does not mean anything. The manufacturer always told us in the beginning we had to communicate with them through our dealer and never had a walk through checklist that they promised us to make sure everything was fixed the way we wanted it.

Went in, found a beautiful home...chris is a awesome guy, he handled everything very well...we can't wait for our new home to arrive...would recommend this company, their prices are amazing...and new homes come with delivery and set up!!! Update: we are in our home we love everything about it inside and out we have no complaints what so ever...thanks again chris and everyone that came and did work on our home..u guys rock!!
