Called Lusk, asked them to come out as my wife and I were interested in building a in-ground pool and hot tub. After them taking my info, and not getting a call back from Lusk for over a week, I called them again to setup an appt. Lusk sent a young kid out with a checklist and asked us what we wanted with a pool... its like we were cookie cutter... and what we wanted was not cookie cutter, we wanted something custom. A few weeks later we got a quote via email... no in person followup, no design, no nothing... we had a budget of 150K, and apparently they think all they need to do is send 1 followup email estimate to get my business. In the mean time.. I had 3 other pool consultations with in-person followups come to my house, all with designs before I got the 1 email estimate back from Lusk. I think these guys go after volume, and see what sticks..

Awesome experience, highly recommend. From the estimate, layout ideas, construction and service after, simply couldn't get it done better. We highly recommend Lusk pools. They made what three other pool companies said couldn't happen, put the pool where we wanted it. (We had lots of trees and big rocks to deal with, but they made it happen) From the owner (frequent inspection visits), managers(kept us informed), team members and store staff great job! Thank you Lusk pools.

Teresa came to our home on June 1st for an estimate. The meeting went well and she said she’d have everything ready for us to review within a few days. Over 2 months later and we have yet to receive an estimate. I have called, sent texts, and emailed with absolutely zero response. I also called the office and was told that they would “make sure” that she follows up. Nothing. Since then, we have gotten 3 other quotes from well known, trusted, customer focused, highly reviewed pool companies without any of the hassle. Don’t waste your time with this company. EDIT TO REPLY TO OWNER: If she had, in fact, sent me a proposal, why didn’t she or your staff mention that when I called/text/emailed? Because she didn’t. Have some integrity.

These guys and girls are great! The whole crew is super knowledgeable, and helpful solving any pool issue that arises. They even talked me out of a more expensive product to help clear up algae.... instead of selling me a bunch of crap, they hooked me up with a 5 bag of Aluminum Sulfate and it worked like a charm! I had them replace my in ground liner for my 24,000 gallon pool last year, and I couldn't be happier!
