I went to Cadillac because we added another child to our family & 3 kids did not fit in my Audi Q7 which is considered a \7 passenger\ SUV. For families with more than 2 children, I can attest it is not. I worked with Joe from Cadillac & he pointed me to the right model car for my family. There is plenty of space in the Escalade ESV for the 5 of us plus enough cargo space for the stroller & groceries. I also had a great experience with Cory from finance and Miki the sales manager. Everybody was invested in ensuring I picked the right vehicle for my family & me, not necessarily the most expensive vehicle. I will be a customer for life!!

Service dept is AMAZING. Sales however is not, Edison Lika showed me a filthy car with a Brake Service light on that said “Service vehicle immediately” I can’t tell you how disrespectful it is to go to a luxury car dealership expecting the quality service I’m use to and instead to get this. I can’t say that I’ll ever be back. After seven years of a great relationship with Herb Chambers I’m disappointed it had to be soured like this.
