I had phone conversations with Lynn about bringing my dog for a short stay. She asked for vet records, which I sent to her. She left me a voicemail on Monday afternoon saying he needed a couple things before he could come, which I totally understand, but I couldn’t get him into the vet the next day on Tuesday, which was the same day I was leaving town. I did not take him since he didn’t meet her criteria to stay. She charged me the whole cost of what would’ve been his stay. I tried to talk to her, but she was rude and she said she would call me back, which she never did. When I called her again, she wouldn’t let me say one word and name called me. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever come across in the business world. She may have a nice place for dogs and take good care of them, but she is rude and unprofessional. There are other better options in the area for quality pet care.

Lynn is amazing. This trip was very short notice but she was able to keep my 3 tiny dogs. They love her and were happy to see her when they arrived. Making leaving them so much easier. She posts updates with pics and videos throughout the stay.
This is a wonderful home away from home for my precious puppy! He's always happy to visit & he's not stressed when he gets back home. Sign of a loving environment.

This was by far my worst experience ever. I had plans to go out of town and she almost ruin my weekend. I dropped my 3 yr lab off that has seasonal allergies and with in half an hour she called me telling me to pick him up because she said he had something that was contagious. I told her he was on medication for his allergies but she said no for me to pick him up that she didn’t want to deal with it. I took him to the vet just to see if he had something and they laughed at what I told them Lynn said. Thankfully they had room and was able to keep him for me so my whole weekend wasn’t ruined just Friday. This was the worst experience ever just because she wasn’t wanting my playful lab there.
Great place for grooming and boarding your pets. Knowledgeable, caring, experienced staff. We vacation without worrying about our fur kids!
Awesome people! Took very good care of our dog while we where away on our honeymoon. They even take pics and videos and up load to Facebook so u can see your pet while tour away!!
Lynn kept our two fur babies for 10 days while we went on a family vacation. Our cocker spaniel had never stayed in a kennel before. The entire kennel is so incredibly clean. Our babies loved their bed especially!! Lynn even worked hard to get our picky girls to eat. Can't say enough about this kennel. There's no other place for our babies from now on!!
