I called in the parking lot & they told me to come in. They’re great. Dr. Edwards is so nice & comforting. The staff was great. Everybody I interacted with were absolutely great. They listened to me & was patient & kind. It was an emergency extraction. I left out with an extraction and deep cleaning. GREATTTTT place

Dr. Ingram is amazing! Despite my having a dental phobia, Dr. Ingram was very accommodating of my anxiety and was careful to assure that my dental crown procedure was comfortable, quick, and painless. On top of that, their same-day CERC crown technology is unbelievable. I can't even tell that I have a ceramic tooth. See the before and after photos (sorry for the chapped lips LOL). Big thanks to Dr. Ingram and the very pleasant staff!

Have been in a lot of pain, haven’t heard great things about this place (along with the less than 4 stars) but I also heard they do emergency dentistry and they will get you in. And I’m desperate at this point. Even read the review below about the person who called from the parking lot and was taken care of, so I was hoping today was my last day of suffering. Called and was told they don’t do walk ins and when I asked about if I could make an appt, I barely finished asking before she cut me off to tell me they don’t have any. Didn’t even bother to check and see when she could get me in or what the soonest time was. I could understand a place being booked, but I’ve called multiple offices who were also booked out, some until April...but they still checked, still took my info in case they could get me in, still actually TRIED to help me.

They will neglect to inform their patients they’re experiencing a huge delay in case you want to reschedule. Instead, you’re welcome to sit in their waiting room for hours on end while they take their time getting to each and every patient. WAIT THERES MORE! Do you want your drugged up love ones wandering outside of the office? Here at Macon Dentist Office they pride themselves on just allowing their patients to walk out into the parking lot stumbling and slurring their words. If you’re looking for a quality dentist office, you’re better suited to DIY than to visit the Macon Dentist Office.
