This visit was a one year check up and shots. My puppy loves going here, he goes nuts trying to get to the people once we arrive in drive. Even during this virus I enjoy the visits. You stay in your vehicle they come with mask take your pet and return them when finished. I appreciate you friendly professionals for making my pet feel like going to see the vet.

Magnolia is great! I first took my cat there because I needed an emergency hours vet visit. They were so good to my cat that we kept going back for all his visits. They are so good to Oliver and he loves them! Each staff member has been great! Oliver says thank you!

We had an issue with our cat 2/14. He was drooling, not eating, not going to bathroom and had been doing so for about two days. Called and was told to bring him in. It would be 120 dollars to see him plus any procedure cost. No problem. One hour after showing up they said they couldn't find nothing wrong with him and if he doesn't get better, we should bring him back. The total bill was for 179. On 2/17 the cat was worse. He would hardly move, drooling was so much worse, not drinking, not eating, and still no bio waste. We go back after-hours at their request, yes, they asked us to come in after 6 PM. We were there until just before 9. They did ultra-sounds, they x-ray, the gave him steroids. They charged us 575 after charging us 179. So, 750 dollars later and they tell us \We don't know what's going on. He is sick but we don't know. We can keep him over night but the total will be 1200.\ They also offered a referral for a cancer screening. On 2/18 I took the day of work and took him to another vet after requesting his records from Magnolia Veterinary Hospital. 150 dollars later and a tooth with a gum infection is identified has the issue and resolved. The next day and my cat is now eating, playing with the other cat, using the bathroom, almost fully back to his old self. The vet that found and fixed the issue scoffed at the money we paid and that the excessive drooling did not lead them to check for infections and inflammation in the gums. The tooth causing the issue had turned a yellowish brown and was identified in less than 5 minutes. THEY SERIOUSLY CHARGED US OVER 750 DOLLARS AND COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THAT A TOOTH ISSUE WAS CAUSING THE ISSUE! I wouldn't take my cat back here if he was fire and I was in their parking lot. Charging that much money, recommending cancer screening from a specialist, and not being able to diagnosis a tooth issue that led to gum infection is complete trash.

They took wonderful care of my cat Otis about a year and a half ago when he was blocked. They give the highest quality and professional care and was able to help him. He was super sick but they never gave up on him. I had another recent visit and I am always in awe of how wonderful they are. Dr. Long and Dr. V. and the other great doctors as well as the techs and front staff were so professional and caring. I feel like the cost is fair as they provide the highest level of care for my cat. I appreciate all of you more than you will ever know!! ️ Thank you for saving my Otis!
