I had a appointment scheduled for today (12/31/20) 10am (scheduled days before) received 2 emails prior confirming date & time as well as a documented call the day before (12/30) confirming the appointment for the next day as well. I arrived 30 mins early & it looked visibly closed. I was completely understanding as I was there early, but when 10 rolled around so no one in sight & no one answering the phone finally around 10:30 I was able to contact another vet to get my puppy seen, but extremely upset with this whole experience!

Dr. Silverstone was so compassionate when we had to put our cat, Elwood, down. He offered us reasonable advice and didn’t push costly tests and treatments just to make us feel better that would only prolong our cat’s life by a few uncomfortable days. He offered to refer us and our kids to grief counseling if we needed it. We’ve just booked an appointment for our new pup, Goldie, and we’re happy to have her in Dr. Silverstone’s care for many years to come!

Dr. Silverstone and all of his staff are pleasant and attentive to my needs and the needs of my dog. Additionally, the quality of care has been extraordinary.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the results were not good for my cat but they were very respectful and considerate with letting me know my options and how to make the time that Jay has left as good as possible for him. Thank you again.

We became clients of Dr. Silverstone this past fall when our cat was showing some troublesome health signs. Xray, biopsy and lab work led to led him to a cancer diagnosis. Acknowledging that it was likely terminal, Dr. Silverstone provided us with medications and guidance to help her maintain as much quality of life as was possible. Recently she had to be euthanized, a procedure performed by Dr. Silverstone and his staff in a unrushed, gentle, and compassionate way in our presence. Throughout our interactions with his practice, Dr. Silverstone and his staff were always professional and kept our cat's best interests at heart. I don't know when we will become pet parents again. But when we do, this vet will be our first choice.
