My dog got a soup bone stuck on his lower jaw. It was snowing pretty good, but their staff was there. They were so good to me, refreshing to see an establishment the cares first. Would recommend this Vet Hospital to everyone. Thank you for saving my good boy. You are some great hoomans,

I highly recommend MissionVet. I’ve gone twice for emergency with my pets. Most recently my bulldog lost her fight with cancer. Unfortunately, we knew it was time at about 2am. I called MissionVet and a tech immediately met us outside. They were compassionate and so caring for a dog they’d just met. It was the perfect experience to say goodbye to our sweet girl. I hope not to have to deal with this again, but if I do, I’ll be going to MissionVet.

Very professional, quick response, and compassionate towards the work they do. After another place (Angel of Mercy) wasted our time between drive and wait (hour and half) they triaged our family pet immediately. Mission was on top of it and had our dog inside within minutes trying to save his poor life. He passed due to us being to late. But 10 stars to Mission for taking action and showing they care.

I am very grateful for the service that Mission Vet can provide to the community of San Antonio. They have a neurological service line that is really hard to find in any city especially with Dr. Cooper and her team of specialists. Truly outstanding!!! Neurological care is very difficult and is hard to predict pet outcomes but they have exceeded my expectations and managed all my emotional questions with love and care. My dog, a rescue dog with a spastic tic of the jaw, had awoken during the summer with weakness of the hind legs. I took her into Mission, where the team evaluated her and worked her up to have a possible disc herniation. During the day my dog's exam worsened. She became paralyzed. My dog underwent emergency surgery with Dr. Cooper to try and relieve the pressure from the nerves. My dog was discharged home on post op day 5 and I received daily updates and medical status of my dog (because of COVID not allowing visitors). At home, my family took great care of our dog wit high protein food, passively moved my dogs legs, expressed her bladder and loved on her. On the third week, a miracle happened! My dog started walking and eventually started running and jumping a few months afterwards!! I could not believe my dog's recovery! I am eternally grateful for the miracle Dr.Cooper and her team preformed for my little rescue dog! Thank you and keep up the outstanding work! You guys are miracle workers and I am eternally grateful for you all! Keep up the great work and I know you probably don't hear it enough and only hear the \bad stuff\ more than the good... Thank you for all you did for me and our family with our dog! \Thank You! Thank you!

Dr. John Beach at MissionVet saw my small dog relatively quickly when I brought him in for bleeding under his eye. Despite there appearing to be many animals that needed attention, we were able to get Homeboy (my dog) evaluated and sent home with his prescribed medications within 2 hours. The evaluation, pain medication, and and antibiotic all ended up being around 160 which was pretty reasonable considering I didn't have an appointment. I also really appreciated the staff that took the time to carefully explain the medication instructions and let me know how much they loved Homeboy's name. All of this was achieved while maintaining safe social distancing and general health safety during this pandemic. Really grateful for this office for taking walk ins while my usual emergency vet was closed due to COVID-19 possible contamination.
