I had my service appointment on Saturday. Great and speedy service. They were done in 45 minutes with my oil change and tire rotation. The only issue I had was that the service representative kept removing his mask from his face every time he spoke- repeatedly. It made me extremely uncomfortable, particularly in a small room with no ventilation.

Got a quick call back after the initial contact through the Costco car program. Despite (same-day) appointment and assurance, none of the two cars booked for a test drive were actually in stock. Associate was not available either. We agreed to talk about prices with another associate while the model we wanted most was supposedly on its way. No Costco negotiated price sheet was provided until we insisted. There was lots of haggling and we were shuffled between three associates when negotiating a price. Manager later refused the quote proposed by associate. Car was then not available anymore. It was suggested we buy another bigger model instead. Issues were brought up to a manager. A special quote to make it up was later presented but was still not really special. Besides there was no stock and no ETA could be given. We bought our desired car at another dealership for a better price and less haggling. We feel we lost our time in those long hours at the dealership and then later managing follow-up emails.

First time buyer here, overall my experience was not bad. However, I feel like it could have been better. I purchased a used 2018 Mazda 3. Lee Perez was very helpful over the phone, definitely 5 stars. Salnave Pierre was my salesman, overall he worked with me on a price that worked well for me and was helpful with the many questions I had. It took 3 hours of waiting to get into the finance office. The car needed to be detailed anyways. Ron Duval, one of the finance managers was amazing as well, definitely 5 stars. Now here's where I think my experience could have been better, I didn't leave that night with a car, after getting out of the finance office - the car was not detailed the had ran it through the car wash... Salnave assured it would take only 20 minutes, that did not sit with me, I wanted a thorough job to be done... It was late in the evening, so we agreed I would come back around 11:00 the next day to pick up my detailed vehicle.. The vehicle was not detailed the next day so I had to wait again (smell in the car, dirty windows, middle console, and rims)... I needed to return my rental vehicle - because I flew in to buy the car.. I expressed my worry to Salnave, but I was no longer a priority to him. Now that I had made the purchase, I wasn't a concern. No loaner vehicle to return my rental, nothing. So I waited (again), about 45 minutes - which I I expected, hoping they'd spend a bit more time making sure I left with what I wanted. I left the lot with dirty windows and middle console, less than a full tank of gas, and old windshield wipers for my 18 hour drive. Again, overall not a bad experience, but it could have been better.
