Requested an estimate for my damaged furniture due to Hurricane Hanna, which I have moved into a climate control storage facility. At first attempt was told no problem can go out to storage and take a look at the furniture to give an estimate for cost of repair and if it can be repaired but it was the end of the day they were closing. Called today, a few days later, and spoke with Dee-dee, she completely changed things and wanted to charge for the estimate?!? She stated she needed to make a report and it was not free and take photos. Told her I had photos and just needed to know if my furniture was restorable as I was told previously when I called last Friday. Well at the end Dee-dee decided she could not help. No joke lady! Horrible customer service and it appears from my personal experience she can’t do anything unless she gets money upfront. Shady!!! Be very aware of Dee-dee!!!

She destroyed my table, it cost me over 700.00 to be so disappointed, they didn't do anything I asked then they tried to make it to be my fault. My antique table is trash . BEWARE
Beware if you have a custom door that cannot be replaced. They have ruined mine and will not return my calls.
