Nothing but billing hassles and auto sending and billing for stuff you don't need even after telling them not to auto send certain CPAP supplies. After 10 years I'm going elsewhere. I should have bailed long ago but you know how it is and finally the hassle outweighed the convenience. Go someplace else from the beginning and save yourself a ton of headaches.

I called this place on July 25th to get set-up with my cpap. They called me back today (October 24th) 3 months later and were surprised that I had used another company. Really?!? If you need your oxygen supplies in a timely manner as most of us do being that we need to be able to breath so we don't die, I'd recommend Norco in Bellingham. I have started a screen shot showing my phone history.

I would not recommend Lincare. I have been dealing with them for 5 months trying to get a RX filled for my husbands sleep apnea machine. Several phone calls initiated by me with promises from them and never hearing anything back. Two weeks ago drs office got involved and there had been a clerical problem. Drs office said it was all taken care if and we should hear something in the next 72 hours. As if this morning still no word. Called Lincare this morning and was told they have no record of a RX for my husband. I expressed my frustration and asked if she would contact Dr office and follow up. I was told “ She had a lot of stuff to follow up on”

If there was a half-star I would have used it. Lincare had my order for a Bipap machine 1/8/2020, I had not heard from them so I called them. They could not find the order they said. So I called my physician and they confirmed they had sent it twice to the correct fax number. Called Lincare back and only got attitude said it would take 3 or 4 weeks to process once they found it. Called the corporate office in Florida, low and behold I had it the next week. Nice huh? Except they didn't give me enough supplies to last a month like they are supposed to. Meanwhile back at the ranch I called Lincare and they said I couldn't get any supplies until 2/28. I said medical standards required two items to be replaced every 2 weeks. They didn't seem to care. So back to Florida headquarters...she said Derrick would ship out that day and call me. That was over a week ago and have not heard from Derrick no received the supplies. Contacted Florida, my contact we not available. Called Derreck who was not available. Asked the receptionist to check her records if supplies were mailed last week and she had no record of it. So I'm waiting for Corp. to call me. Seriously considering filing a complaint with Medicare.

Been with them for three years now and never had an issue! Customer service on the few times I needed to call were fantastic, with all my issues resolved in minutes.
