So I have posted my experience about Neil Huffman before. They had my car all last summer over warranty parts. After lying and saying they replaced the part, the car was sent back to them in January of this year. I got it back after waiting for 10 months, only to have it towed back to them on October 12. I get a call from them on October 19, telling me my car was stolen out of their shop! The their drive the car through the bay door! Needless to say the car was a total loss after being found not by police or Neil Huffman, but people on Facebook! To think that it couldn’t get worse, after Dave Nelson (general manager) tells my insurance that they will cover the car. I get a call from my insurance company saying that Neil Huffman is not taking responsibility! And, they never had the car and did not know it was there. Mind you that the day I had it towed back to them, they paid for the tow, and gave me a rental through enterprise! Which I have an email of the records stating they were paying 100% of the rental! DONT TRUST THESE CRIMINALS! Update. Shortly after I posted this, I received a phone call explaining that there had been a mistake with vin numbers and that my car would be covered. But nothing has been done by their insurance yet! I am still waiting for them to pay my insurance company for the car!If I had not claimed this loss myself, I would still be paying on a car that is currently in the junkyard! Apparently, they was more worried about my review than actually taking care of this situation! I keep calling my insurance company to see if they have paid for my car, but my insurance company says they can’t figure out how they want to pay! WHAT A JOKE! It is now February 1, 2021. Mind you I got a call on October 19 telling me my car was stolen. My insurance company has not received any money from Neil Huffmans insurance company! I will continue to update.

Don’t trust their online price. When you get there the add on 699.00 for the dealer. I’ve hear of a few hundred but 699! They claim they have a no haggle pricing policy. I disagree. The haggle the price up and then tell you they will take 100-200 off. By my calculations your still out 499. No haggle - yah right.

Adam in service is wonderful. Here are my issues: An oil change took over 2 hours I recently left my car for a repair and if Adam is not there, no one else can help you. They are impossible to reach by phone. All in all the service department is nothing but frustrating.

If you are looking to purchase a car, you definitely need to check put Earl Drake! Neil Huffman staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and the BEST price for what we were looking for. This was the 3rd dealership we visited and the BEST! It was refreshing to feel welcomed, no pressure and I always felt staff were completely honest from start to finish! If you are thinking of buying a car you should call Earl Drake!
