Hands down the best experience trading in for a Volkswagon. Salesman Aaron Bianchi was authentic, friendly, and reasonable with not only what we hoped to accomplish, but the fact we had our toddler with us through the entire process. He moved at the pace we wanted, engaged in great conversation beyond the purchase of the car, and explained everything thoroughly. All the other staff was welcoming and friendly...especially the Business Manager, Stephen, as well as Megan. This place is family friendly and down to earth. I'd drive 3 hours round trip to use this dealership again in the future.

Steve Hlavka was wonderful! I worked with Steve to help a family friend from out of state get into a beautiful 2019 Arteon SEL R-Line. Steve was super responsive via phone and text, even after-hours, and made the entire process quick, easy, painless, and transparent. The car was ready (and clean) when we arrived, and paperwork went smoothly. Thanks also to James (Sales Manager) - they both took great care of my out-of-state family. Great experience all around!
