Good choice or trucks and Jeep’s. Have 2 friends with good experiences so I bought sight unseen. Bad choice, had it shipped to me directly. For the price, I could have paid the same at year end pricing on a new truck, lifted by the dealer so warranty is in tact like I did last time. Truck is nice and seems pretty clean. Issue was drive it the first day and they obviously didn’t test drive it. Shook like crazy over 40MPH. I have a Jeep too and it’s not like the death wobble but it was pretty bad. Took to have tires balanced to see if that was the issue. It helped but only about 75% better. Just was able to take to get wheels aligned, you could visually see them off. That helped fix the remainder. Both my friends said they bought new tires because the ones they use are so loud and terrible and they tried to sell when they got them. They both said to drive them as long as I could before changing because you can’t get any money for them. Expensive loud tires that kids literally can’t hear you talk when in the back. You’d think a place that turns and burns trucks like this would know the tires suck. Joe was decent to work with and said he’d talk to his manager and get back to me. It’s been 11 days now and nothing. So over 300 later that I’ve paid to correct issues that should have been taken care of before it left the lot and no call back doesn’t sit well. DO NOT BUY A TRUCK FROM THEM WITHOUT DRIVING IT FIRST. Otherwise would have given a higher rating or bought a different truck.

Amazing service. Much better than just see their inventory online. Did a test drive and gave a date. It is how buying a truck should be No pressure, no hassles. Samantha was awesome. It's cool when you can have a genuine conversation. She was extremely patient, waiting for me to drive down. Very much support our Military and their families. And the trucks are gorgeous. I recommend this dealership.
