The Dr and Rad tech staff seem nice but God Forbid you actually want a copy of your results from any test. It can take 14 days and when the dr reviews test results you don't get even the one page report of your results without jumping through hoops and paying MORE MONEY as they won't put the results on the portal! I have NEVER been denied a copy of my own MRI report or been told that I have to pay for the one page copy. I would say yes go here but demand that you can get your imaging done elsewhere so you don't have the hassle of getting your own results

Rooms not cleaned wiped down, nothing covering vinyl bed! finger and hand prints all over it! PA rushing me out ! Had to bandage incision room not stocked! He had to run around looking for supplies. Then put bandage on said come back friday! Never asked how things were going or any issues just pushed out pretty much a waist of follow up appt. Next and hopefully last visit I'll be asking to wipe room down in front of me! Hope no one catches anything!!!!!

The Doctors are excellent, the support staff is horrible. I was in terrible pain and I've git an appt. 3 months latter, no matter how many times I called to insist. When I've seen the Dr. he told me they have emergency appts. available and couldn't understand why I did not get one. For the surgery I had to leave 3 messages before I've got the fax nr. to send the disability forms. The day of the surgery the forms were still not completed and sent to my employer. I am risking not to be paid for time off. The day of the surgery prescription for pain meds. and antibiotic was not sent to the pharmacy. 3pm and I am sill calling for the prescription, I am in pain post-op and nobody calls back or the pharmacy with the prescription. It is the most dis-organised healthcare place I know. It is a shame that such good doctors work with such a un-professional team.
