Vas Consult and procedure in the same day for self-pay. Went fast and easy. Highly recommend. Very friendly staff. Very good doctor. If you are not psychologically ready, I do not recommend the completely awake nonsedated surgery, however, if you don't pass out or freak out, they'll let you drive yourself home with some ketorolac. Otherwise, get the sedated operation and have someone drive you. Ketorolac is a prescription pain and inflammation hormone blocker. It works better for pain than narcotics and doesn't impair your ability to drive. Shave good, and carry an instant ice pack, something to wrap it in, and 2 pairs of briefs.
